When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, and you can expect delivery in 2 to 14 working days, depending on your chosen shipping method and customs clearance if applicable.
Do I need to create an account on the store?
No. You can order from the store without creating an account. An account simply helps you keep track of items you have purchased.

How can I view my order history?
To maintain an order history, you will need to sign up for an account, which you can do here. You will then be able to view your orders and tracking info in the Account menu in the top right of the website. Please note - tracking will not appear until your order is shipped and the reference becomes available from the courier.
How do I maintain an address book?
To maintain an address book, you will need to sign up for an account, which you can do here. When entering a new address at checkout, simply select the 'Save to Address Book' option and enter a nickname for the address. This will be saved in your private address book.
How do I change or cancel my order?
An order cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
How do I return my order?
Please get in touch via the contact form, quoting your order reference number and reason for return within 7 working days of receipt. We will offer a full refund, however, please note, you are responsible for return freight costs, as well as a 25% restocking fee that all returns are subject to.
Can I order a quantity not listed?
Quantity limits are maximum 5 per item. If you need to request a higher quantity, please click here.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 10am Pacific Time, Monday-Friday will ship same day. Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the following business day. Any holiday closures or weather disruptions will be displayed on the homepage banner.
Can I place a rush order?
Order turnaround time is indicated on the site, and you are able to select expedited shipping methods at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email notifying you of the shipment and containing your tracking number.

I would like to co-brand an item that is listed on the store
Please obtain written approval and a high-resolution EPS logo from the co-branded partner prior to placing your request. Requests should then be submitted to the regional Account contact listed here. Please note, your request will be subject to approval by Nutanix corporate marketing.

How do Voucher Codes work?
Voucher codes are available for purchase. Once a voucher code is provided, it can be entered at the checkout stage and provides the user with a fixed currency amount off an order. Shipping and handling is included with the price of the voucher code.
Why are only some sizes visible?
Only in stock sizes/colors are visible on the store, and discontinued items will not be restocked.
