Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, creating an account is not mandatory. If you are paying via Purchase Order you will need to create an account.

How do I create an account on the store?

You can sign up for an account here.

How can I view my order history?

After logging in to your account, you will be able to view your orders and tracking info in the “Account Menu” located in the top right of the website. Please note - tracking will not appear until your order has shipped and the reference becomes available from the courier.

How do we pay for merchandise for business purposes?

The Nutanix Company Store accepts payments via credit card and gift certificates. For Nutanix employees, we also accept payment via Purchase Order.

Do you have a physical retail store?

No.

Can I order items and have them drop-shipped to a customer?

Yes. Just enter the customer contact name and shipping address in the shipping address field. No prices or billing information will appear on the packing slip.

When will I receive confirmation of my order?

Immediately upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Nutanix@CanaryMarketing.com with the order details. Shipment confirmations also will be sent Nutanix@CanaryMarketing.com once your order ships.

How do gift cards work?

Gift cards are available for purchase here. The gift card code can be entered during checkout. Please note that shipping and handling fees can be covered with the gift card.

Can I use a gift card?

Yes! Just enter your original gift card code at checkout to redeem it. For assistance, please reach out to Nutanix@CanaryMarketing.com.

Who pays for the shipping costs?

You are responsible for any domestic or international shipping costs. If using a Purchase Order for payment, the freight will be billed to your PO.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12pm Pacific time will ship the same day. After 12pm Pacific time, the order will ship the next business day.

Does the Nutanix Company Store ship to international addresses?

Yes! You are responsible for the international shipping costs Please note that many countries outside of the US have import restrictions for promotional merchandise and gifts. There is a chance merchandise could get held up in customs for various reasons and can change without notice. You are also responsible for any customs fee that may be applied to your order.

How do I change the shipping address for my order?

If you need to change the shipping address of your order and the order has not shipped, please email us at Nutanix@CanaryMarketing.com. Please reference your order number in the email and provide the new ship to address

When will my order be delivered?

ESTIMATED timelines:
  • Domestic Freight = 1-7 business days after ship date, depending on ship to location
  • International Freight = 2-4 weeks after ship date, depending on ship to location and customs clearance

How do I cancel my order?

How do I conduct a refund or exchange?

A prepaid FedEx return label will be issued if you received an incorrect item or size. You can use this to return the item. Once the return has been received, we will ship a replacement and provide tracking. If the purchase was made before August 2021 the item cannot be returned. Feel free to reach out with any special circumstances.

How do I order in bulk?

If the quantity of an item you like on the store isn't available, we can place a new order based on the factory minimum. Please email Nutanix@CanaryMarketing.com with the item name, SKU and the quantity that you need. You will be provided with a quote. Please note that production time will vary by product, and we will advise the earliest ship date.

How do I place a custom order?

What currency are the items in?

The items are all shown in USD. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as Canary LLC.

How do I get the password for the Certification Store?

The password can be found in the results email sent when you passed an exam. If you do not have the email, contact university@nutanix.com.
